What Eclipse is about

I know I never post anything but since I have to i’ll just ask anyone who read this an art question. Okay I want to draw on my computer and don’t have enough space or money to buy photoshop so whats a good free in-screen drawing program i can use? So there is something to fill this space and a question I needed to ask. <.< wow thats a very short to the point post.  So anyone on deviantART can watch me and everyone else can look at my work here http://lilbabykitten.deviantart.com/ I havn’t uploaded any art reacinty because my scanner isn’t connected but if i have an in-computer art method I could draw more.
